BMEX 2014 - Lifetime Furnishing & Kitchen Cabinets
As many people know, BMEX this past weekend ended with mixed reviews such as; "BMEX continues to show the creativity of our people and the lack of support by the powers that be to promote these creations locally and internationally." Another attendee said, "It is a shame that we have so many indigenous products like local wines, perfumes and pens made out of guava wood but the brand representative from a recent car racing event was given a basket of products from the same brand he represents!?! Oh wait, they did give him Barbados a hat". Amongst the varying criticisms I believe in giving recognition and praise where it is due.
Although they were many beautiful household items and room designs I would like to highlight a small company with big ideas and modern designs. Lifetime Furnishing & Kitchen Cabinets displayed a kitchen layout equipped with soft closing doors as Shane Birch says "to lessen the dramatic effect when an argument is in progress" (lol!). The beautiful vanities made from reclaimed wood I am sure would make a definite statement in any new or renovated bathroom.
Although their products were exquisitely finished the main attraction at the booth was the rotating spice rack, everybody wanted one.
